PAYMENT

HOUSETRAY® accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express + Discover, Paypal + Apple Pay.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy + satisfied with your purchase. Returns are easy. We accept returns in the original condition which they were received - unused, undamaged + unopened in the original packaging. Merchandise must be shipped within seven days of delivery + are valid for refund.

All returns must first obtain a return authorization number by e-mailing hello@housetray.com. Your return authorization number must be written clearly on the outside of your box.

Return + exchange shipping costs are the customers responsibility + the original shipping charge is nonrefundable.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the unfortunate event that your product is damaged during shipping, Please take a photo + email us a hello@houstray.com within 48 hours. We are happy to replace your product.

LEAD TIME

Our porcelain ceramics are made with care + craft, please allow us up to 24 hours to process your order. For larger orders, please allow 48 hours, depending upon the size of your order. Our goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. We thank you for appreciating this. If your order is a rush, please select fedex express delivery.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be applied to all orders upon checkout based on billing address.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx to addresses in the United States. Orders must be shipped to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes, please). Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

RUSH SERVICE

Expedited delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Please choose FedEx express delivery.
